I follwed the instructions and sent my info in, I hope to get my code soon! I can't say I was impressed wth Best Buy this being my first preorder with them. Always used Amazon.com in the past and ALWAYS got my bonus codes by the time I had the game. This was a terrible experience, especially since I was looking forward to this game so much.

Just submitted mine as well.  Best Buy for me has about a 50% success rate for preorder bonuses, but to be fair they always rectify it somehow.  

This being Mass Effect and not something silly like a Dark Souls Collector's Edition, I really hope make it right soon.

Can anyone answer if the codes for XBox are 16 digits all numbers? I called and the lady game me a 16 digit number, which doesnt sound right.

Any help?

I am at work right now as well. Only time I have to call and get in contact with them.

That is why I was asking if others got all numbers code, only 16 digits and the one question I left out was, do you redeem inside the game.

You can probably go to the XBOX menu, and go to Marketplace, and redeem it there.

Like I suspected, the 16 digit code is 9 digits short for XBL.

Has anyone gotten and redeemed yet, if so any help is appreciated.
