Hope everyone stayed up til 4am to play ME3 last night. I appreciate everyone's opinions and comments and to make things a little simpler for everyone (myself included!) I have merged all of the ME3 threads that had been getting recent comments to this one thread, "Mass Effect 3 Preorder codes."
We welcome all comments about the situation and as gamers ourselves, we want you to have a smooth preorder to purchase experience and it's your insight that helps us. So, thank you for your individual situations.
If you have any other issue other than not receiving your code, as Jimmienomam stated, please create a new thread. I don't want it to get lost here and we will respond as soon as we can.
Please keep sending your requests to the Gaming-BBY inbox if you still have not received your code. All in store or in store pick up orders should've had the code directly printed on the receipt. Bestbuy.com orders should have the code emailed to you. Once again, if you have not received your code, please send us the following information to Gaming-BBY:
Message Subject: Game Title and Platform
Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
Email address (the one at which you’ve been watching for the code)
I can't stress this enough: please note that any unsolicited private messages sent to Moderators for this issue will be ignored in an effort to assist everyone promptly and in the proper order.
Last night I tried to get to as many of you as possible, and volume continues to come rather quickly and steadily into the Gaming-BBY box. A reminder that is a handful of us that are responsible for the Gaming-BBY and we want to get to everyone as quickly as possible. Sending us the correct information will help us assist you faster.
One more thing: Those of you with questions on the RZ Gamers Club e-gift card with your promotion should check out Mike-BBY's FAQ on it. Those should be sent out by 3.25.12.

You may be waiting a little bit. I sent my PM about an hour ago, a friend of mine said he sent one about 5 hours ago and hasn't heard anything back. My guess would be this has been a big issue.
