I sent a PM over two hours ago and the status of the message I sent still says it has not been looked at! I called then and I was fed a line of crap that they are sending out the codes in 48 hours and that it was Xbox's fault that the codes were not being sent out!! Thanks for telling your customer lies!!! Sorry but this is the LAST time I pre-order a game from Best Buy. I have pre-orderd twice now and both times I have been screwed out of my pre-order bonus and had to contact support on multilple occasions. You are not going to screw me a third time!!! I plan on pre-ordering all of my games from GameStop. They got their codes. I have called and confirmed this with a friend as well as with two local stores.

Hey Mariel - I sent a msg to Gaming-BBY as instructed. I noticed when I preordered mass effect 3, i have not received any preorder code from email or on my receipt. Also when i did indeed picked up my game Today, they processed the preorder as a "return/exchange" and no code was shown on either receipt. They just stapled both receipts together and send me off. I even advised the rep. that this was a preorder and there's a preorder sku listed there but she ignored it. This what happened last time with Battlefield 3 Preorder bonus. They did not process the preorder properly.

This happened to me also. It says Exchange at the top of my receipt.

I got reply to the PM sent about 45 minutes ago with code for bonus weapon. Thanks Mariel for resolving this issue.

Mariel, I went to store #420 to pick up my copy of ME3 Collector's Edition (XBOX) & was told that even though I had preordered it was sold out. The person I spoke with told me they weren't sure if they would recieve another shipment at all. Can you help? Is there a way for you to check and let me know if my order will be fullfilled in a 2nd shipment later this week? I'm kind of lost right now & I'm not sure what to do. Thank you.

I wa wondering if it's Best Buy's policy to sell your game that you've pre-ordered month's ago to some random person. That just happened to me tonight.
So not only am I out of a game I've been playing and enoying since the first game, but now I am out of the game and the specical content that came with pre-ordering it, namely the argus rifle.
The store manager wanted to give me a gift card for my troubles......really a gift card?
Unbelievably disappointed right now. You have no idea.

cmdspd who did you send your message to? I know there are quite a few people that followed the instructions to pm Gaming-BBY and it's been well over 6+ hours for myself and atleast a few others.
