Thanks for posting your question about the ME3 bonus. If you haven't picked up your copy yet, the quickest way to get your code is to be sure the store prints it directly on the receipt at the time of pick up. When you purchase your game, just glance down at your receipt and there should be a code right on there that is also emailed to you.
Let me know how it goes! I hope you get this before you head over to the store!

I did just that. I looked at my receipt and said the code isn't on there. She said, I don't know anything about it, I don't know much about the gaming pre-orders but if so and so is in gaming right now he will know. So I went over and just grabbed a random person in games and they said, don't worry you'll get an email. I left with nothing but skepticism.

That better not be the case!! Not much of a "pre-order bonus" if you can't get it when you get the game!!

Thank you so much for the reply. The receipt i received does not have any code on it. The receipt that the Cedar Rapids IA Best Buy gives for in store pickups is not an actual receipt but a copy of the receipt where they want your signature. I asked for the one with the preorder code and they told me they have to be emailed. ![]()
They do not give out normal receipts at our store. Anyhow i followed the instructions at the top of the forum to try to get my key.

If you preordered and picked it up in store today, the store should've printed the code directly on your receipt. Please send us a private message to Gaming-BBY with the following information:

Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
Email address (the one at which you’ve been watching for the code)

Same here. Instead of doing online for in-store pickup, I preordered in-store. Is this an online only thing? I never had to give them my email, unless they just use the one tied to the Rewards Account.
