i am having the EXACT same problem. i did store pickup plus, in which case bestbuy.com says the code will print ON RECEIPT at time of pickup. it wasnt on there. so i called back and they basically told me that no such code exists and that i'd have to call 1-888-BEST-BUY. the person i spoke with there said that they no longer print codes on the receipt, even though i told her that BESTBUY.COM says that it should. still no email. i doubt that i'll get one. they should call it "store pickup plus frustration."

Max,

The preorder code is for a weapon in the game. if you progress far enough in the game your are going to acquire better weapons so the pre order code becomes obsolete. Therefore us gamers like to have the promised codes before we start the game so we can use the better stuff right at the start.

Ok cool. I just picked up my game also and as expected i did not get a pre order code. Hopefully some moderators are checking this board so we can get these codes sent to us. I followed the directions at the top of the board for the codes but i have not heard anything yet

Sorry to hear I am not the only one.  I haven't read about anyone actually getting the code that every other company managed to get to their pre-order customers.

I am chalking it up to lesson learned for pre-ordering from Best Buy.  Its not worth any more aggravation.  I can't stomach trying to call again.

I was told the same thing. No email with a code, no receipt with a code. Just order numbers. She didn't even tell me to wait for a email just to come right on here and talk to customer service.

I also pre-ordered the game, and I did not have the code printed on the receipt.  I sure hope it gets emailed soon.  Seems really weird.  I was glad BBY had the CE available, but the lag/confusion over the pre-order bonus is a bit disheartening.

pre order the game but i it might get to me on 12th going to email them so i dont have this problem when i get the game cant wait play it tho

Has anyone gotten their code via email yet?????  I just went and picked up my N7 CE pre-order a while ago and was wondering how long I wait before calling BB.  This would be two for two on game pre-orders and not getting the code from Best Buy!  I reall don't want to have to call.
