i am having the EXACT same problem. i did store pickup plus, in which case bestbuy.com says the code will print ON RECEIPT at time of pickup. it wasnt on there. so i called back and they basically told me that no such code exists and that i'd have to call 1-888-BEST-BUY. the person i spoke with there said that they no longer print codes on the receipt, even though i told her that BESTBUY.COM says that it should. still no email. i doubt that i'll get one. they should call it "store pickup plus frustration."

Sorry to hear I am not the only one. I haven't read about anyone actually getting the code that every other company managed to get to their pre-order customers.
I am chalking it up to lesson learned for pre-ordering from Best Buy. Its not worth any more aggravation. I can't stomach trying to call again.

I was told the same thing. No email with a code, no receipt with a code. Just order numbers. She didn't even tell me to wait for a email just to come right on here and talk to customer service.

I also pre-ordered the game, and I did not have the code printed on the receipt. I sure hope it gets emailed soon. Seems really weird. I was glad BBY had the CE available, but the lag/confusion over the pre-order bonus is a bit disheartening.

Has anyone gotten their code via email yet????? I just went and picked up my N7 CE pre-order a while ago and was wondering how long I wait before calling BB. This would be two for two on game pre-orders and not getting the code from Best Buy! I reall don't want to have to call.
