Hello Best Buy,

Just curious about the new Mass Effect 3 game and pre order code availability.  I am picking up my game in a few hours.  Just wondering what i should expect for a turn around time to receive the codes for the DLC?  I waited 3 days for the Kingdom of Amalur codes so i was just wondering if i should expect the same timeframe with this game?  I hope it will be a little faster so i dont out level the weapons again.

any idea if there will be anymore copies of Mass Effect 3 collectors edition for the 360 available for preorder before release?

We've actually sold out on pre-orders for the Xbox 360 version of Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition and we probably won't be getting more stock allotted.  I'm sorry if you missed out on it.  

We still have the standard version available though!

Sometimes they get extras in store. But remember that ME1 and ME2 limited editions were ACTUALLY limited. As such don't expect to find many extras laying around, if any at all.

If they have a midngiht release go early and you will get a copy for sure. If they don't, go release date when they open and you might find 1 collectors edition copy.

you can check the store at green acres i saw it available today when i check only for 360

Its a shame considering just the other day you claimed you still had plenty available for pre-order. 

The only reason that I purchased Gamers Zone unlocked was so that I could get teh $20 eGift card for pre-ordering, but now I can't even do that.  Is there a way for those of us that wanted to pre-order but couldn't can still get a $20 eGift card?

I'd hate to think that my Silver membership and purchasing Gamers Zone unlocked was for nothing

i have that same feeling too i still have not receive my January issue copy yet and i feel this sliver reward aint doing me no good

Yeah, to be completely honest, the Xbox 360 CE pre-order selling out caught me off guard as well and I missed out on buying it too.  I mean, I'm a total Mass Effect fan boy (I just re-bought ME2 for the 3rd time) and I'm not too bummed about missing out on the CE bonuses but I was still planning to buy it.  I feel for you guys.  

If anything, I take this as a sign of how well this game is going to do as we are not the only retailer sold out on this version.  I don't currently know if we are going to be getting any more units to pre-sell from the developer.  If you have pre-ordered that version already, do not cancel as you may not be able re-order it.

You can still pre-order any other version of the game to get the $10 or $20 E-Gift Card though, which is what I did; just went for the standard 360 version.

Since you ignored my topic I'm gonna try you in here since you are active. If i pre-order from the website the CE for the ps3 and choose the pickup at store option, will it be there on release day. Because even though my local store is listed as available for this option on the website, when I physically went into my local store they don't even have the option to pre order the ps3 edition. So how can i pick it up at this store if they don't have any copies already?
