So I went to bestbuy in my town and I asked to pre-order the ME 3 Collectors Edition and when he pulled it up on the little screen the ps3 verson showed up but it wouldnt let him order it. So then he told me that I could get the x-box 360 verson and then replace it with a ps3 verson on release date. So then he printed it out and went to ring me up. But the cash register wouldnt take the receipt. So then he gives me the regular edtion of ME3 and tells me I can upgrade it on release day if i get their early or midnight release depending if they have a midnight release. SO my question is, can I do that upgrade to the collectors edtion? Will the best buy have more than what was pre-ordered? Will my wild goose chase for the collectors edtion ever end?
Thats All Thanks

Hi Cheelsrose,
Since we allocate pre-orders based on how many stores have sold of each version you would need to pre-order the specific version you intend to buy in order to secure your copy. I'm really sorry for any misinformation provided in that regard because, with a high demand title like this, there is a chance that there won't be extra Collector's Editions to sell after pre-orders are fulfilled.
If you are still looking to pre-order the Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition for PS3, we currently have that available on BestBuy.com for pre-order and you should be able to select in-store pick-up if you want to get it on release date.
