So, on the website the collector's edition for me3 is available for pre-order with the option to pickup at store. I go into my local bestbuy and talk to an employee that informs me that even if I choose this option online, come release day they probably will not have any copies of the collector's edition. Also the ps3 version is not even available for pre-order at this best buy in store, but on the website when I choose the option this store is listed. So what is the truth? If I pay for the preorder and choose pick up at store option will it be there on release day?

I'm not sure why it wasn't selling at the store but as long as it is still available on BestBuy.com, you're fine to pre-order it.  We'll turn the pre-order option off when we have taken all of the pre-orders we can, like we've already done with the Xbox 360 Collector's Edition.  Thanks for the question!
