I preordered mass effect 3 CE for Xbox 360 about 3 weeks ago. i had recieced an email stating that the order was processed and paid for. Not one week later i get an email that now sais the payment didnt process. I was going to go to my local best buy yesterday to trade in some games to pay for it in full, since i had i scheduled in store pick up. I didnt have time to make it there since im 15miles away from the closest best buy. I was planning on going in today, and unfortunately i recieve an email this morning saying that it had been cancelled. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET IT BACK!? Because now your sold out, and i have no way of getting the copy that i had preordered. Please Help, order number {removed per forum guidelines} I am willing to do anything.

If you don't have the money to pay for the game at the time of preorder then order from a retiailer that doesn't charge you until it ships.

I like Best Buy very much but I understand they are going to *ping* my bank account several times during the preorder process to make sure I have the funds... and my undrestanding is that if any of the pending charges are sent to your account and you don't have the money in it to cover the purchase they will cancel your order

And if you preorderd online how are you going to trade in games to pay off the preorder? Best Buy doesn't even have a program like that

I suggest preordering from game stop
I've read all the post about this issue since gow3 came out
And it's redundant
No codes
Products being sold out from indeed customers
Nor answering calls
