still waiting for my tracking number to work as well.......VERY FRUSTRATED.  Gamestop messed up my preorder for the Hardened edition over a month ago they had sold out by the time I realized the mistake, so I went to Best Buy.  The only option for me was to have it sent to me, would of much rather had instore pickup.  I dont see how with 4 distribution centers an average of two hours away from my location how I am not recieving my game TODAY.

literally just started working....but for paying an extra 10.99 for express my order says its coming UPS ground.  Never again Best Buy, will not be preordering anything and having it shipped.  I feel like you (the corperation) owe everyone that spent those extra 10 dollars a refund

hi, i'm in the same boat, out in california. i ordered the hardened edition and i got a shipping notice at 8 this morning, but the tracking number is still not showing that it is in UPS's system. 

i paid for the expensive shipping too. if all the other site's get stuff to me on release day, why can't best buy? i'm assuming it isn't coming today because deliveries aren't usually made this late, but i could be mistaken.

Thanks for shafting everyone on this one BestBuy.  Pay an extra 10.99 and your website spefically said "get it on release day".  Tracking number just started working, and wont recieve shipment until tomorrow.  Tired of big corporations screwing the customs with the big "oh well".  I'll be canceling my best buy card and boycotting your store for that attitude.

I am in the same boat as all of you, except I did the in store pickup! They cancelled my order at11:00 last night. Even worse, they charged me an hour before that! So, shipping and in store pickup are the same in that respect! Completely fruztrated with Best Buy! Very poor business practices and they've lost me forever with preordering anything!
