So if its not guaranteed then you guys need to take this off when pre-ordering games.  I just went to pre-order saints row the 3rd and as soon as I add it that's what pops up.  So how you can guarantee something that you say will happen? Especially if you tell us to pick the most expensive shipping and then not honor it.  Just saying thats kind of pointless and stupid.  But it seems like thats how best buy works these days not worried about the customer experience.  I put the link at the bottom of my page you know because i like to back up the things that i say.

I agree with this, I am in the safe boat and saw this and that is why I paid for express shipping. Although this differs from your shipping info page you should at least add the word "likely".

As with everyone else, I too paid for express shipping, and my order still shows in process.  I still do not understand why BBonline would not allow you to choose hardened edition for store pick up.  I contacted customer support when i was pre-ordering it, and the rep told me by choosing express I would get it on the release day.  It does not look like I will be recieving it on the release day and I have wasted my money.

I oredered it also ont he same date. It does state that you will get it realease day if you pick express shipping. It is quite upsetting for you guys to say that, but in reality you just meant maybe. You should change yoru wording in your statement, as the above people have said.

I also paid the extra just because it said it would be here on release date.. isn't that a form of false advertisement... I will have to ask my lawyer on that one.... Very upset....

Mine has shipped and i'll get it tomorrow.  But it still messed up for the people that havent shipped yet and may not get it tomorrow.  Im still upset for yall.

Mine had stated "In Process" all day but just now at 10:30pm CST I get an email stating that it has been shipped though UPS doesn't show they have received it yet.  So not sure if it will still arrive tomorrow or not.

Same s.....t happend to us we order and where supoust to pick it up at the store and at the time of release they did not had that edition ready for us what a shame
