Hi there, I preordered a game for xbox 360 called prototype 2. The game came out today and I went to my local bestbuy where I made the preorder but unfortunately i Lost my receipt. When I got there the computers weren't working and the lady said I need the receipt for the preorder. I put In 5 dollars and she asked if I used a rewards card and I didn't since I don't have one. I preorder the game at the game center of the store with the help of a worker there and paid him 5 dollars for prototype 2 and another 5 for another game coming out in may called max payne 3 in total of 10 dollars!! Will they be able to find my name in my preorder because I really don't want to lose those five dollars!! Please help!!!!

I preorder prototype 2 and is it supposed to come with a steel case?? I reserved it at my local bestbuy ? Hopefully picking it up tomorrow, had problems picking it up today

Best thing to do is call up the store. I know each store works differently so it's best to be sure. Let them know that you preorder and if they have the steelbook. Honestly I do hope they still have them when you pick it up.

Thanks for your post regarding your preorder of Prototype 2.  I see that you actually picked up your game and were able to retrieve your preorder information. If you ever lose your receipt, we can always try to look it up for you as your original post requested. It looks like you were able to help at the store.

The store should also have the physical preorder bonuses at the store to give to you. Let us know how it went!

I did manage to get it but they didn't give me a steel case!!!! Do the best buy have or should I go in tomorrow again to see if they have it. I got the game and didn't say anything about giving me the steel case I was supposed to get!! Please reply as quick as possible, should I go back tomorrow to see if they have it. I didn't remind them of it but I would think they would know about it!

The steel cases should've been available at the store. I would call first before making a trip, just to be on the safe side.
