I pre ordered LOTR for the 360. I picked the game up today and was told they would email the code for the bonus. I have not received it so called the store. They were nice and said they were sorry but I had to call the 800 number to get help. Well after 40 minutes on the phone I was left with a guy would could care less and said I had to wait 48 hours before requesting a code! Seriously? Some games are beat in this time making the code useless.
Whatever happened to printing it on the receipt or giving it to us at the register? All I want is what I paid for. The game is the same price everywhere. If this is the kind of service we are getting at best Buy, then maybe it is time to go back to the store we all left. At least their codes were immediate.

I'm sorry to hear about the missing code, as well as the poor service you received when you called in. I agree with you about the wait for the code being too long, I too play games too quickly. The unfortunate thing is that we really don't have a way of speeding up the code delivery for this game. If I had a way of providing a code to you I would do so immediately. I'm sorry but there is not much that can be done but wait for the code to be emailed. Please send me a private message if the code doesn't come by Monday.
EDIT- I have received information stating that the code should have been included with the game at the store at the time of purchase. These codes are while supply last so I would advise you to head to the store as soon as you can to see if you can get one.
