Since LBP Vita was pushed up for release in stores, I was curious as to whether or not the codes for the pre-order incentive would be as well... I just pre-ordered the game right before I purchased it in store so I would get the code,but as of yet I have not gotten an e-mail or a code on my receipt. I pre-ordered and bought the game yesterday September 20th. Everything went as it normally does return the pre-order and put it towards the game etc...
Any constructive comments/ help are appreciated!

Hopefully you will get it as this is an odd situation.
Its easier to get preorder bonus codes by calling customer support and asking for the gaming department.
They can usually get you your code if they haven't run out in less than 30 minutes.
Its faster than waiting for the email

I'm sorry for not getting to this earlier. We tried to do some quick planning to get you your codes when you picked up your preorders for this title but the release date lift threw some of that off. However, since the "old" release date has since come and gone now (9/25) you should all be seeing your codes arrive via email now!
If for some reason you have not received your code and it has been over a day since you picked up your pre-order, feel free to send us the following information via private message to our Gaming-BBY inbox:
Message Subject: Game Title & Platform
Message Body: Include...
• Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
• Email address (the one you provided for the code)
We will then be able to investigate why you may not have received your code or why the one you received did not work and get back to you as quickly as possible.
