they won't let me open a ticket until after 48hrs, the stupid promotion said get a starting bonus with these weapons, well by the time i get the stupid code i won't need them anymore, i'm not going to wait to play the game.

I am 100% with you Prophetizer. I played for a couple hours last night and i did not want to progress or buy any other weapons until i hear back about this code issue but if i dont get anything but tonight i am just going to continue playing.
Maybe these codes will be good for a second or third character

You can actually contact us either way for assistance with issues like this; via phone or here on the forums (or even through email using the form found on BestBuy.com). Each of the methods of contact would end in the same result as we do the same work as the other team these cases are sent to. We both work through your contacts in a queue format so one is not necessarily faster than the other.

Seriously, been 48 hours since the purchase, no codes, no email, no call or email from customer service that I have contacted multiple times. No more pre ordering video games for family members at BestBuy.
I am going to take the game and return it to the store since they did not follow up on their end and I'll go get it at a competitor.

i would do the exact same thing but i have already opened the game and i dont feel like it would be a good use of time argueing with some twit at best buy about accepting my return.
i just got my instore pickup survey email and i held nothing back with my responses for that. I am sure that it will not do any good because who really cares what random customer 284637 has to say.
