Due to overwhelming demand of hot product offerings on BestBuy.com during the November and December time period, we have encountered a situation that has affected redemption of some of our customers’ online orders. i really feel sorry for kyle and all the other bb employees. i had placed another order around the same time as my helghast order. long story short, i had to pick it up from another best buy. the guy at the store pick up looked fried. i looked at the other employees, they all looked especially stressed -- and not the holiday 'holy -----' stress, this one was burn out stress that is a sign of bad business decisions from corporate.
anyway, there are new articles popping up concerning best buy/black friday cancellations.
btw, on a related note. my order through newegg came in the other day. it's a fabulous package. i hope all of you are able to get it for your holidays.
on a bit of a tangent: i had also seen the 3d playstation tv for $299 from best buy. i'm one of those people that really likes 3d (i know, i know) -- and it's a great deal. but you know what? i kept my credit card in my wallet. that purchase i had made will be my last with best buy.
