Hi,

I pre-ordered Kid Icarus: Uprising and received a download code by e-mail. However, when I tried to use it, it did not work and I only got an error code(007-1220). I was told that Nintendo Eshop was having some problems, however, weeks later, the  code still does not work. Is there any way I can get a new code?
