pre-ordered two collector's edition Star Wars the old republic from Best Buy, only recieved one pre-order code!

I called them on the 13th of Dec about sending me my second Pre-order code for the early access for my friend and it never came, I am writing this on the eve of the release date, because I want that second Pre-order code. Is Best Buy in the habit of lying to their customers.. that pre-order code isn't just for the early access but grants access to in-game content. 

For anyone reading this, it seems like a good rule to pre-ordering games from Best Buy if you are pre-ordering more than one, is to do it individually, since they seem to fuxor up the pre-orders.

Best Buy, I want my pre-order code! Your business practiceses are really getting on my nerves!

I have my receipt for my pre-ordered SWTOR collector's edition, I bought that pre-order code d@mn it!

Sorry to hear about your issues.  If you checked the forums, you will noticed that Best Buy has been FUBARing a lot of SWTOR orders, so do not feel alone in this.

Thanks for the reply, yeah, been seeing those everywhere. I finally got my pre-order code after my second call to Best Buy and waaaay too late for the Early access.  Best Buy it seems didn't have any intention at all to release any pre-orders until on or after the official release date even though they were never restricted to do so.

Anyhow, I have my collector's edition SWTOR on the 20th, had to pick it up. On that note, i'm all good now, no thanks to Best Buy.

Yeah, on my first call, I think they pulled a lazy customer service schtick on me too, what a bunch of liars Best Buy Customer Service is, Weak!
