As of right now its outrageous that Best Buy doesnt have the preowned copy of Modern Warfare 3 at all!!! Not even online!!! Anyone know how long it takes for them to get it, because its been 2 months...

highly popular game, low price. them still being new at this trade in thing.  youre better off checking at gamestop/ebay

Umm... BBY is under pawn shop laws (GameStop is not). Most areas have a 30 day waiting period on any item pawned (or in BBY case bought).

So for majority of areas you're not see used new releases for AT LEAST 30 days.

GameStop only deals in Videogames and found a way around pawn shop laws.

Unfortunately it can take a long time for pre-owned games to come in and when they do often there will not be many popular titles and they will go quickly. I guess it depends on the store, but at my store we had like 11 copies of Transformers and hardly anything else.

I agree with phillyphill that BBY is new at the trade in thing still so it will take some time before they fill up their library
