I apologize for the delay in our response, as we’re still playing catch up in some parts of our forum and are working to respond to all posts as quickly as we can. That said I’ll be happy to advise you on your pre-order codes.
It’s our understanding that your codes should activate on Sony’s end on release day, so if you’re attempting to activate them now and being told they’ve been used or are invalid this is likely the cause. Come release day your codes should activate and be available for redemption. That said in the past we have seen issues on release day as servers are inundated with requests, so if you get any errors we recommend waiting a little while and trying again. If you’re still having issues past release day please see our “Gaming Codes – Read Me First” thread pinned near the top of this board for instructions on how to get assistance with your code.
