I used their chat, it took about 10 frustrating minutes of them telling me to go back to the retailer, then the dev, then the retailer, then saying they could do nothing. Just be persistent and they'll escalate and ask you for your contact info along with an image of your retail package with a receipt.
That's exactly how it happened, step by step, haha. They tried telling me there's nothing they could do and finally I got it escalated. I sent a copy of my Best Buy website order and am waiting to hear their response.
