Help!

Hey, my xbox was overheating so much that we took it in and a couple days later (today) we got back a different one. Well in the xbox I had my Black Ops in it and we didn't relize it till now. Is there anyway I can get it back or get a new Black Ops?

Hello Xbox_lover4ever,

 

I'm sorry to hear that your Xbox needed to be replaced. And worse yet, to leave your game in it. Unfortunately, there's no way to get that back. When a gaming system is brought in for a Rapid Exchange, you are responsible for removing items left in the product. I wish I had better news on that, but sadly I don't.
