Haven't received Rainbow Six Siege Season 3 Pass

Hi,

I bought the season pass for rainbow six siege season 3 a month ago on store, and I still haven't received it. I have called support multiple times and chatted about the issue and they are always assuring me it will get solved, but I'm tired of waiting.
