Have not recieved PSN card email after 24hours

Hello, just trying to get this solved as quickly as possible. I made an order for a $50 psn card over 24 hours ago and it has not yet been delivered by e-mail. The estimated delivery time was 15 minutes. I would appreciate it if I could get my code as soon as possible. Thanks for your time.

Its been almost 48 hours now without a single response from Bestbuy. I tried your email support system and received nothing other than an automated message that had nothing to do with my problem. Since you promise delivery in 15 minutes, I believe that I have been patient enough so far. Could I please get some sort of acknowledgement about the situation?

I guess Best Buy doesn't want my money. It has been over 48 hours now, I'll give it a few more hours and if I don't receive some sort of a response or email then I'm cancelling the order and reversing the charge on my credit card if necessary.

Hello wrzero,

 

I'm really sorry for not getting to your post sooner.  I was glad to see your order in a processed status though when I just checked.  I'm not sure exactly what caused it to process longer than normal but, like orders we ship, we still run digital content purchases through our checks to make sure everything lines up so there may have been a hang-up verifying your information or something.  

 

Nevertheless, you should have your email with that code by now and, for good measure I re-triggered it to be sent again just in case (so you might see two of them).  Please don't hesitate to follow up with me if for some reason you don't see it.
