So I went to my local Best Buy today to preorder a copy of the Halo Reach Legendary Edition. When I got there, there were cards to preoder the standard and Limited editions, I asked them about the Legendary Edition and they said they didn't have anything like that that you could preoder. In the Sunday paper they even had an advertisement about preordering the Legendary Edition also,  I know other people (at other Best Buys) have preordered Legendary Editions, is it that some smaller Best Buys don't have them?

I remember it was the same for Halo 3 which had 3 editions, and they only have the Standard and Limited that you could preorder then as well. (At the time I only wanted the standard due to money) But I remember there being Legendary Editions sitting and the shelf and people walking out with them on the day the game came out. So this time around I thought maybe in-store pick up. But you can only do that with the standard edition.

I would really like to preoder from Best Buy. But If I can't I may have to go else were, so please, any help would be appreciated.

They will have all the information you need at the customer service counter when you stop back into the store. Just give them your name and let them know you want to preorder Halo: Reach Legendary Edition and they will get you squared away.

I have never pre ordered a game from Best Buy before. How does it work? How much money are you required to put towards the game? The full price or is $5 OK? When it releases, are we required to present our pre order receipt to pick up the game?

You pay $5 dollars. Then they will give you a preorder receipt and when the day comes you give them your receipt  and pay them the other $55 or so and they give you your game.
