Hello if i pre-order Halo: AE right now and have it shipped to my house on release day (Not Midnight Pickup) will i still get the Master Chief Armor and Grunt Skull? Thanks

Thanks for your question about preordering Halo: AE. I hope you had a chance to preorder it yesterday and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

If you preorder the game online and have it shipped to your house or in store pick, you should still be eligible to get the preorder bonus. All you need to do is actually place the order before release date or preorder it in store.

If you ended up preordering it yesterday, since it just came out today, you should receive those two bonus items in the game package itself. I hope that answered your question!

Bonus items are NOT attached to the pre-order.. Every store has this item when you buy the game inside of the box. This is NOT a BB exclusive

This is correct. The local ad says if you buy the game, the bonus comes with it. Look at your local BB ad. GameStop also offers the same bonus. But what happened to the Strategy Guide offer. It said if you buy the game and strategy guide on the same purchase, you get 15% off of the guide. The guide is NO WHERE to be found. They weren't at the stores or the web-site. What happened here???

All retailers, not just Best Buy, made the claim that the items were "pre-order incentive" items only but that simply wasn't the case. All of the first initial shipment of games will feature the bonus items inside as stated on the slipcover. After those sell out, when the next shipment goes out, more than likely they won't include the incentive items or the slipcover.
