So i am wondering... should i just cancel my order? or will best buy ever get its act together and send me the codes i need.. i cant really think of a reason i would ever buy a game from you guys again. The forums are filled with people that have been screwed over, for this and for other issues.
I have to wonder if this will carry over to when the game is released as well.. will i have to wait till after the game has been released to get my actual key for the game?
I am very dissapointed with the service.

I have had the same issue. I ordered the game online as a digital download and I got the order confirmation instantly. I was expecting for an email with the CD Key and client download to come soon after that, but now it's been a few hours and I have yet to see it. Normally when I buy a digital download it is available almost instantly after I hit the purchase button, so I have called twice, only to have gotten the 'Nothing appears to be wrong with your order.' I was wondering, as well, if I should call again, cancel, and try and get a refund. This was not a pre-order, just a digital download. Also, the pc app is extremely confusing to maneuver. At the very least add a search function, please.

Me too..... sick of the problems. I have been waiting 10 hours now after getting time finally to sit down and play the game.
But wait, I ordered it from Best Buy's digital download service. So now I freagin get to NOT play the game on one of my only free nights with kids and work.
Thanks for ruining my Labor Day weekend Best Buy! Get your act together.
