I pre-ordered Guild Wars 2 on April 18th. About an hour later I get an email that its ready to download. I know the game isnt out yet but I was wondering if it means ready to preload. I run the Best Buy PC App, log in and select the game. Then it tells me to download so I do and click. It looks like it starts but it sits there at 0%. It stayed at 0% for about 2 hours 15 min. I kept trying on and off and no luck. Is there a problem or am I not able to preload?If anyone knows whats wrong or has a solution any help would be appreciated! First time I do a Digital purchase from Best Buy for so far im not happy. Im not going to sit and bash BB since it could be something wrong im doing. Never have any problems with Steam or Gamestop.

I'm sorry about the issues with your download; I can tell this is something you are looking forward to. I am not exactly sure as to why your download is not working, but it could be because the game is not out yet. I am sending you a private message to assist you further.
