This can absolutely be done and there should be something done. The fact that even one of these social media guys or gals said that it was an error and should be fixed - and the fact it isn't in this day and age is a joke. I had two of them reversed. To charge $19.99 for a beta when you can get the entire game for only double that is just robbery. Don't let them tell you different. I and many others got money back and you should as well. You're welcome. Same boat here. If you want to keep it at $5, I'm good with that and would have let it go. The fact that it wasn't disclosed is just bad business. I buy way too much there and I told the customer service rep that I was prepared to be done with them as a whole over $39.98. I don't play that garbage. Good luck to you.

Other than going on their chat support, if available when needed, no. You have to talk to them - be bold - they'll understand. I'm sure the support knows that $20 for a day or two of a beta is a complete ripoff and joke.
