Other than going on their chat support, if available when needed, no. You have to talk to them - be bold - they'll understand. I'm sure the support knows that $20 for a day or two of a beta is a complete ripoff and joke.

Hi Sumcha –
Thanks for posting and bringing this to our attention. I definitely understand being unhappy with this unexpected charge, and will be happy to advise you here.
Please know that the charge for the Beta code was an error in our system that affected a very small number of orders. That said this is something I’ll be happy to take care of for you, however I do require some information to be of assistance. Please send me a private message with your order number so I can look into this for you. To message me select the blue button in my signature below.
Hope to hear from you soon,

So, I preordered Destiny 2, but I wasn't aware of how Best Buy handles their pre-orders. Unlike Amazon, they take it out of your account immediately rather than days before release. So to avoid getting the full charge, I cancelled my order for the time being until closer to launch. I still plan to order the game, so being charged $20 on top of this isn't really right. Can you guys do anything about it?

I've had positive experiences last two times I've used this resource, so hopefully we can keep the streak. I'm currently overseas and I'm very exited for this game. I have an Xbox One S so I thought it was a good idea to buy this and play it at a 4K resolution, then again... I decided to canceled that pre order because most of my friends out here are going to buy it for such console. As soon as I ordered it, I get a text saying that my local store will get it at launch date so I decided to cancel it as well, even when having GCU would make it cheaper, but I really want to play this game on day one. Then I realize that my credit card get charged for 2 items $19.99 each, and I didn't think it was weird at first since I order and pre order from Best Buy pretty often. A couple of days go buy and I notice that BB sends the order number with the charges to my credit card company (I think that's just awesome!) and cross referencing these data, I come to know that those charges were made for two items already canceled (i.e. the two Destiny 2 pre-orders) and that I was being charged for an initial "free" add-on that was never stated that I was gonna get charged if I canceled the pre order! and $20 for a beta? C'mon! that's almost 50% of the actual price of the game! (with GCU). I hope someone can point me in the right direction here.

For some reason, I found I was charged $20 when cancelling an order for the Limited Edition PS4Pro Destiny bundle. I decided to purchase an Tama Drum-set instead.
Could you assist with this by chance? I don't know why I was charged the fee

I cancelled my Destiny 2 pre-order for Windows because I planned to re-order it again using a $5 gift certificate applied, and was charged $19.99 on my credit card statement for doing so. My cancelled order states the $19.99 is the cost of the Destiny 2 Beta Access Key that was advertised as free on the online store listing.
Please help with getting this charge refunded.

I recently canceled an order I placed for Destiny 2(change of platfrom preference) but it shows that I am still being charged $19.99 for the free beta code that came along with it. I was hoping to be able to have this corrected and refunded to my Best Buy card.
