I normally am not one to complain but I just received two video games in the mail and one of the games arrived with the game box shattered in one corner. There was no damage to cardboard box the games arrived in and there was no damage to the second game. I couldn't find any information online about a damaged goods policy and I don't have time to go into a store since they are not easy to get to.
I have attached a photo of the damaged box.
I also was a best buy employee from 2006-2009 so this is quite dissapointing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to your local bestbuy and ask them to exchange it, just bring your order #(which is basically your receipt)
