I bought the PS3 Game Battlefield 3 on a Best Buy Store in Orlando.I live in Brazil and then i tried to put the online code and it said it was invalid.I tried to talk with the EA servides but he said i need to talk with the Best Buy Store.

It might be a regional thing... like the code is designed for US redemption only or something.

Well if it is contact EA to ask for another code. You will to scan the front and back of your receipt and code phamplet. They will give you instructions on how to email it to them to get another code

I contacted them but they said i should contact the store that i bought the game

that is BS they have to give you a new code. BBY can't do anything for you since it wasn't an exclusive code that they were offering.

call them or email them again and tell them BBY sent you back to them, which they would anyways

Thanks so much for posting about how you haven’t been able to access the Battlefield 3 online because the code provided was coming up as invalid.  I apologize for any inconvenience that this has been causing you.

As unfortunate as it is, Best Buy doesn’t have the ability to validate those codes or provide new ones.  EA has stated that current and future games with online content will contain an online code, which is provided in the box after purchasing.  Best Buy doesn’t have access to these codes, since they are sealed in the box.  I can only suggest continuing to work with EA support and see if they can provide a valid code.

As Jimmienomam brought, if you purchased it new, it should have a completely valid and unused code, however if it was bought as a pre-owned game, the code might have been used.  In that instance, you might need to purchase an online pass for the game.
