I prepurchased 2 copies early Friday morning and both still say "in process". I finally was able to login to the PC App, but there is nothing on there to download. I was able to download the GW2 beta client from a different site, but I do need the beta codes to play it.
Its been about 40 hours now, and I'm still waiting...
By the way, my credit card has been charged for something I can't use. Not happy.

WELCOME in the club man I bought this yesterday and it was over 10h in process and then they cancelled my order because item was out of stock....lol digital version today I ordered this again and I'm still without beta key its still in process so you are not the only one who was screwed......what a wonderfull OPEN BETA weekend.

Been 48 hours now, since I purchased the digital download. Still says "in process". I sent Kyle a PM about 8 hours ago, no reply to that either. Never buying from Best Buy again.
No email, no beta key, no beta weekend... Thanks guys, keep up the good work. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so we'll see what happens. My credit card was charged over $120 and I was guaranteed beta access this weekend. False advertising.

As I posted before but will reiterate. Bestbuy has already said to a few costumers over the phone that they will not have the app up in time for this weekends beta,. If you want to play right now please cancel your order from bb and order through gamestop. You will receive your beta code within minutes of the purchase and can get your client off of the gw2 registration page with your gamestop gw2 key. Thanks guys see you in game!

If it were only that simple...not everyone can afford $160.
The problem is Best Buy already took my money. I cannot afford to pay another $80 to Gamestop while waiting for Best Buy to return my $80. I really wish I knew how slow to respond they are when it comes to customer service so I could have instead bought from their competition. I bought the game 64 hours ago and, although they started responding seriously yesterday to my desperate inquiries, they have yet to actually do anything with my case.
I bought this game on Thursday...64 hours of calling the Best Buy phone line 20+ times and getting a different non helpful response every time. 64 hours of waiting for online support in the Best Buy forums. I feel so frustrated I could cry. I'm still in processing and the guaranteed Guild Wars 2 event through pre-purchase is going to pass me by.
I want compensation for their false advertising of their guaranteed weekend play through pre-purchase, for making me wait 64 hours without any help (though they have stated that they are working on the issue), and the sleep I lost trying to just...get a simple code. I'm exaushted; never in my life have experienced such a stressful process of buying something so simple.

I am not having an issue with the PC App. At first I was, but now it lets me login, however, there are no orders showing up under "my downloads". My order also still says "in process" and there is nowhere on the site that shows me the beta key for my order. It has been 2 1/2 days now and still nothing.
I also cannot afford to cancel my order and spend another $120 while I wait for the reimbursement of my first order, so that is not an option.

It's looks like your order has been pushed through now so you've likely seen email confirmation of that and your code in PC App. The BestBuy.com team suggested that you update your bill-to address on your BestBuy.com profile so that future digital orders do not get held as well.
For everyone else, I believe you are all being addressed either via myself in private message or another Community Connector in different threads.
