As it stands, most of us with this problem have not recieved an email so we are still stuck in processing. Also, your pc app is not working!
How do we, the customers, know more about the issue than you, the community connector?!

I've located your orders and verified that they haven't fully processed for some reason. Although I don't know why they are stuck, I am checking with a BestBuy.com specialist to find out what we can do to get you your code. I will be sure to update you both here when I hear back.
I also did a quick search to make sure this wasn't affecting everyone and it would appear that this an isolated issue, which is unfortunate still but others do not need to worry if they are seeking to pre-purchase; the system is working. tehcool & Where_is_my_GW2, I'll get this figured out for you.

I used the serial code in the Best Buy PC app to register on the GW2 website(https://register.guildwars2.com/)
after I typed the serial code,, it says that the "The serial code given was not recognized by our system. Please try again."
Can you help me with it?

Although it is a huge relief that something is actively being done after 41 hours of virtually no help, we two are not the only ones with this issue:
As well as many other threads.
We (of the affected) have been guaranteed access to the Gw2 event through pre-purchase from Best Buy. There is less than a day until it is over; how will we be compensated?

Without going into detail, each user of those you mentioned has somewhat of a different circumstance so it's not necessarily "one thing" causing all of your problems. With that said though, I will continue to work with you when I hear back from the BestBuy.com team and will be sure to address any service failure that might have taken place.
