So, for us that preorder in store, will the book come with our copy the day of pickup, or be mailed to us? I'm not really sure how it works as I'm not too familiar with Best Buy preorders (I also did it for the book). Thank you.

The Collector's Edition will include the book in-package with the game and this is a BestBuy.com and in-store offer so you can pre-order it either way.  Good questions!

Thanks for the info. So when you say "in package", will it have a special BestBuy mark on the outside and just look like the collector's edition? Or will it be in a special Best Buy Exclusive package? I just don't want to open it and it not be there and then the employees say "whoops! it's opened, sorry!"  Nothing against BestBuy, but the one in my city, the "gaming specialists" had no idea there was even a pre order, and when games have come out, I go in on release day first thing and ask for one and have been told "if it isn't on the shelf, we don't have it.  Come back Wednesday (I went on Sunday when it was released).  I asked the front person and they were in the back still and hadn't been shelved.  They really don't care if we buy there or go elsewhere, which is sad.  That's the reason I'm asking so many questions.  I have to be sure, since they probably will have no idea unless it is pre-bundled.  Thanks for reading.

@buttah42 - Nope, there is no limit on how many you can pre-order/purchase through us. Of course bulk purchasing through a retail location is the necessarily the appropriate channel (just noting that for the general public) but you'll be fine with 4 copies for personal use, each with their own pre-order bonuses included.

@shaun012881 - I'm not sure exactly how the packaging will be marked but there will be something on it differentiating it from the standard version, whether it is a sticker or special artwork, so look for that.  

Also, are you referring to New Braunfels location?  Upon confirmation of that, I will send the management team there an email because we should be making sure to set aside pre-orders and definitely not putting them on the shelves.  They should also be aware of your feedback because you seem like a gaming enthusiast who frequents their location so it is safe to say that if you're experience is generally sub-par, it is likely the same for others, and we need to do something about that.

I totally agree with this statement! I can't count the number of times including just recently with The Sims Master Suite Stuff were I have walked in on release day and not even first thing in the morning sometimes at like 3 or 4pm and they say that they dont know what I am talking about to the point where the look for it and cant find it and even try to tell me that it probably isnt out yet and not believing me to the point where I have to go to the manager and complain and then magically the manager finds the product in a box in the back minutes later!

I believe that the extra book will probably be in the case shipped from the manufacturer that way and is not limited to just pre-orders as this was the case with Elder Scrolls where there was a special map for pre-orders and the staff didn't know what I was talking about, I freaked out about it and opened the case that was pulled from the shelf that i pre-ordered and wah-la it was inside the case itself in the same spot that the game manual was located!  Don't worry just make sure your in line in the morning like me!
