Back in November 2011, I pre-ordered the Final Fantasy XIII-2 Collector's Edition for PS3 to pick up the store at Dublin, CA.
This morning I received that I can pick up my order tomorrow's morning.
Then, all of the sudden I get an email stating that my order was cancelled.
I call the Customer Service, and after 30 min on hold, I was told that the item is no longer avilable.
What's the point of placing the pre-order if I still can't reserve my copy.
This is ridiculous..
I have too many problems with Best Buy lately.
I had been pretty loyal to Best Buy, but now I don't know how to trust this retailer anymore.
I won't shop there again.

Hi thettunhan,
Thanks for your post regarding your preorder of Final Fantasy XIII-2 CE. I'm really sorry to hear that despite preordering back in November, you received notification that your order was cancelled. I would be pretty frustrated, too. I was able to pull up your order information with the email listed in your forum profile, and it looks like the order was cancelled.
I wish I had some more insight as to why this happened, but it looks like it was cancelled yesterday. A quick inquiry tells me that there are a few copies at the Dublin store that are available. The system isn't in real-time, but it looks like there are several there. I'm hoping that if it's convenient for you, you can still pick up a copy. Thank you again for sharing your comments on your preorder experience. I will be forwarding them on to our gaming team so we can create the best preordering experience for you next time.
Warm regards,
