Hi, never received the email for the pre order bonus code that was supposed to be emailed within 2 days of launch. Any help with this? I would have waited or ordered off of amazon had I known.

• Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
• Email address (the one you provided for the code)

We will then be able to investigate why you may not have received your code or why the one you received did not work and get back to you as quickly as possible.
