Well...  Finally recieved my copy. Merc code was in the box. (Which leads me to believe that at least the copies that are being provided to Best Buy (pre-order or not) all contain this code).

I will say that I'm relieved I finally recieved it. But I still reaffirm that I won't be purchasing ANY product from Best Buy again - They proved more than enough times that they don't deserve my hard earned money.

WOW!  Only one month late, actually to be exact 1 month and 2 days too late.  LOL!  I would say that is great timing for a PREORDER!  You were better off just going into a store and getting it off the shelf and still gotten the code, which is in all the boxes.  At least where I am at there are about 40 stores and all of them are stacked to the ceiling with both versions of the game.  What a joke.  Normally I get BB gift cards to get stuff for the holidays and my b-day which are only like 2 weeks apart (yes I know it sucks you don't have to remind me), not this year.  I told everyone don't even bother giving BB your money because I will not shop there anymore.  Since then I have turned about 40 people that USED to shop there, off from shopping there for ANYTHING going forward.  I will keep the grass roots campaign going.  This incident has really been the WORST customer service/relations in my history with any retailer.

Glad you got it.  Now if only those of us who got snubbed can get a code at the very least.  Any mods out there still paying attention to this?

Nope....much like everything else with them, they stop caring about you and what you are entitled too right after the money is out of your hands and in their P&L statement.  You can forget about getting that code.
