While I understand your time underground waiting for the All-Clear message to be received has been long in coming, our Overseers have been working to get those Beta codes transmitted to your Pip-Boy 3000 as soon as possible. Rest assured, Reclamation Day is nearing, and we appreciate your patience while we grease the Vault door before opening.

If you look at the BF5 post a couple below this post there are guys who have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now for a code and they keep saying the same we'll get back to you soon, we're waiting to receive codes from the developer, etc... About to just order on Amazon or something and see which code gets here first then cancel the other order, almost certain it'll be canceling the Best Buy order. Wish it was on Microsoft becuase those are always super simple

I also got the "Code specialist will contact you in 24-48 hours" response, which I guarantee wont happen based on previous experiences. Had I not preordered the Power Armor edition I'd cancel in a heartbeat. Since the beta supposedly starts in less than 24 hours...great job Best Buy.

When did customor survise get this way this is the story of what ive been through its funny bethesda has been saying you have had the codes for 2-3 days i was told by an emploee that you had the codes one emploee said it would take a week one emploee said he would call one emplee said it would take 24 hrs one emplee had no idea what i was talking about another emploee said ill just create a fallow up case so i dont know who is a fault here but you Best Buy need to get your story straight
