I got NBA 2K12 for PS3 a few months ago, everything was fine with it, but now all of a sudden it freezes when I start it. I ordered it online and don't have the receipt or email anymore. Is it possible to exchange it at the store?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting about exchanging your game without a receipt. If you ordered it online, you should be able to log into your Bestbuy.com account and find your order information, as k41 suggested. You can also have the store look it up for you.
While you are outside the window to return or exchange the item, I would ask the store if they might be able to exchange it for the same title. Any decision would be up to the discretion of the store.
