I/m not sure where to post this, but this is the closest I can come, so here goes.

I just had a great experience at store #1392 with your employee Whitney, who was working the game department this afternoon. She was extremely knowledgeable about the items that I was looking for, and was able to quickly look something up in the system and tell me where to find a specific item that wasn't in stock at that store. She was honest in her recommendation about the best headset to meet my needs. But on top of all that, she was very nice, polite, and we hit it off talking about our favorite games. It's pretty cool to know there's an employee there that uses and plays with the things that she's responsible for selling, so she can give the best recommendation.

I really hope that this gets down to her. She's a great employee with a great attitide and she's an asset to the store. Please take a moment to recognize her for it.

Btw on your receipt there is a phone number to call and take a phone survey. They will link your personal experience with the cashier that checked you out. Corporate does listen to these
