I was able to locate your order and the reason The Elder Scrolls Online is the only one still processing is because it was the only game in the order that was a pre-order. It is currently in the status that I would expect it to be in. The rest were able to fulfill right away.
I’m showing that your Early Access Code was sent on 2/10. If you haven’t actually seen it come through yet, I will send you a private message with additional details.
Thank you for your patience, and keep an eye out for that message.

Thank you for pre-ordering from Best Buy! This is sure to be an epic release, and I can understand your desire to get to it as quickly as possible.
I will send you a private message so I can gather additional information and research this for you. Please watch for a private message from me shortly.

I didn't receive my code so I found this thread, followed the instructions in the link that Mike-BBY posted and within 15min. I received and redeemed my code. Thanks for the great service BBY team!

(Sorry to bump an older thread)
I purchased both an Imperial and Standard. I received 2 codes (e-mail didn't differentiate at all on product version). After some back and forth with the BB Code group, it was determined I should have recieved three codes (2 early access, 1 DLC (Imperial edition code IIRC)), and got another e-mail send out that _should_ be the standard early access code.
The code that I was told was the early access for the Imperial edition, was actually a standard code (3 day early access code instead of 5 day).
From the eso.com site (All but last 3 of code edited out):
ORDER # DATE PRODUCT PRICE TOTAL — 3/15/2014 3 days early access XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX9P7 — —
Just a heads up for those ordering multiple of different versions.

Thanks for the response.
From my talking with the guy from the code group, he stated that the codes I initial recieved were:
1 - Imperial Early Access
1 - Imperial launch code (For use on 2014-04-04).
And that I had not received a Early Access code for the Standard edition... I had accidently copied the "launch code" instead of Early access (*shakes fist at gmail for collapsing the thread*) after getting the 3rd code sent, and the eso.com site replied back: "This code cannot be used at this time".
The one I was told was for the Imperial edition (5 days Early Access), was infact a 3 day Early Access. The early access doesn't bother me that much... I'll be working most that time anyway.
I just had received 2 codes initially (which is what I was expecting), but no way to differentiate which code went with which version based on the e-mails. Hence the call to the code group to see if they could, based upon a key, say which version each was for.

Hello - I preordered the Elder Scrolls Imperial Edition from Best Buy on January 30th, 2014, and never received the Imperial early access code. I didn't realize that I should have received it right after the order so I didn't follow up until now. Please help.
