Hey BBY - not sure why,  but this is now the 2nd game where I did a pre-order and never recieved codes.  Why does this always happen when ordering from Best Buy ...

Is it just my luck or are others having similar problems?

I also have this same problem i preordered in december hoping to get it the day it came out like amazon promises. If i knew it was going to be almost a week late , since best but only ships it on the day it comes out instead of ahead of time(according to customer service) i would have just bought it the day it came out.

I also have not recived any codes. I called and they said they were supposed to be emailed to us but i have not recieved anything.

I have this same problem. I called and they told me it was supposed to be emailed and said they would send the information on to thier promo department and I should just wait if I hadn't heard something in 72 hours to call back. Why did I preorder again?

I have yet to get it as well ... I will use gamestop from now on ...

For me it was even worse.  I pre-ordered the Signature edition back in January and when I came to the store (Tustin Marketplace) they said they only received one and that had already been sold (supposedly they only had 2 pre-orders, I wonder why?).

This is without a doubt the last time I pre-order or buy anything from Best Buy.  The customer support on the other stores I use is superior and they stick to their commitments.

It is completely unacceptable that they let something like this happen.

Did they put in the DLC SKU? It seems a lot of the employees didn't even mention that and it was supposed to pop up on their registers when they rang you out. And how it was explained by the CS person that even those who didn't preorder could get the amulet. Plus the CS rep had no idea about the shield or sword though.

Best Buy preorder is a joke! Never again! I wish the site bestbuysux was still around.

Same here. I was curious as to how I would actually receive the codes, since all I had was a receipt instead of a typical pre-game order box. Hopefully I can get the codes within the next couple of days, or I'm going to just save 10 bucks and pre-order from amazon next time.

Pre-ordered from bestbuy specifically because they had an addtional item, but its not worth it if by the time I get the codes I'm already well into the game.

Preordered the game also and never received the preorder dlc codes. This is the third time this has happened to me from Best Buy.
