Why does it take Best Buy soooo long to email me my download code? I purchased Minecraft for XBLA via the BB website. Every other time I've made digital purchases, there's a short wait until I get my code. Amazon, et al, have no problem getting my code to me within minutes. It's been hours. Since then, I've read some forum posts which say it can take 2-3 DAYS to get a download code. This is counter to the instantaneousness of getting a digital download code.
Please give me a realistic time frame on when I can expect my code. Also, please explain why BB takes so long to provide purchased codes, when other retailers don't.

Hi marcjsanford,
I was able to locate your account using the e-mail address you used to register for the forum and it looks like your order was fulfilled earlier this morning. If you haven’t already done so, I’d encourage you to check both your inbox and junk e-mail folders for a confirmation message with your PSN code.
For future reference, orders for digital content (such as XBLA, PSN, and iTunes codes) can generally be fulfilled in as little as 15 minutes. From time to time, however, individual orders may be held by our support team for additional authorization. This may result in a 24-48 hour delay before an affected order can be fulfilled.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi, Aaron,
Thanks for the reply. I think it's a little ironic that your reply came quicker than the download code.
And it's not a PSN code, but an XBLA code. I don't expect you to really know that, except I wonder what shows up when you review my order. Luckily, the code seems to have worked, and the game seems to be downloaded onto my xbox, though I haven't played it yet.
I agree that orders *should* be fulfilled "in as little as 15 minutes." Maybe you can tell folks what we can do to eliminate the need for "additional authorization." 24-48 hours is pretty lame.
I'd be more content if this were unusual. But, after doing some google research, it seems Best Buy has a hard time fulfilling digital orders in a timely manner. I spoke with customer support about this as well, and commented that other retailers, i.e. Amazon, fulfill digital orders much quicker.
Thanks again for the reply. Please tell your superiors that I'm not satisfied with your digital download service, and will be hesitant to use it again.
Cheers,
Marc
