I ordered three games for digital download last night, and then received my three emails that they were ready for download. I downloaded the software (VERY annoying that I have to install that way) and went to see where my games were and nothing shows up in the account purchased section.
I waited until this morning, thinking that some time needed to pass, and nothing there. What do I need to do in order to get my games?
Is there some other way to download the games and put the serial number in so I can actually play them?

I ordered a digital download April 1st. The sale went through fine but it is still not showing up and recent sales does not have it listed either. Please help. Thank you.

The Digital Library is a great way for us to provide digital gaming content to our customers in an easy and convenient way. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties.
You should receive an email once the sale goes through; directing you to the Digital Library once the order has been processed. If you are not seeing the title there, I would recommend a few things:
Exiting and then restarting the Digital Library
Exiting and restarting your browser, you will also want to make sure that you have the latest version of your browser
Restarting your computer
