My pre-order keeps canceling on the Collectors Edition.

This is at Union Sq and Atlantic Ave in New York City.

Will BestBuy be doing midnight releases on Collectors Edition or just for preorders.

I wasn't able to track down your records to see why your pre-order was cancelling but feel free to send me a private message with your transaction information (Customer Service PIN for in-store purchase, BestBuy.com order # for online) if you would like assistance with it.

Regarding the midnight release though, we are not doing any to my knowledge so the soonest you'll be able to pick it up is the morning of 5/15/12 when the store opens.  Chances are, with a high demand and much-anticipated title like this one, I wouldn't count on any Collector's Editions being available outside of pre-ordering one.

Sent you a PM but it seems Union Sq isn't available for pre-order anymore, so I decided to try Atlantic Ave again. Still getting canceled. What is going on here?
