First of all, I apologize if my irritation with your support shows through my question. After 4 phone calls and being put on hold for absurd amounts each time, I'm fed up.
I've been getting mixed signals on whether or not my preorder will arrive on the date of release or later.
The other places I normally order my preordered games from usually send them out BEFORE the release to ensure release day play.
I was unaware that this was even a problem when I had preordered and now I'm stuck with this since the CE edition is sold out everywhere else.
After 4 calls with support in an attempt to get it switched to a store pickup so that I may get it at midnight and have absolutely NO helpful response, I'd just like to know when it's going to arrive so I don't have to sit in suspense waiting to hear if the UPS truck stops.
Any chance y'all could shed some light?
I have express shipping marked on the order if that helps.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us and I apologize that you’ve been getting some mixed signals about the arrival of your pre-order. There is a lot of excitement behind Diablo 3 and I can understand wanting to make sure that you get the copy as soon as possible.
Using the email address that you registered on the forums, I did locate your order and it’s stating that the expected time to arrive is the 15th or the 16th. I certainly hope that it is able to arrive on the 15th, since I understand the importance of wanting to play it on release. Unfortunately, we are unable to set them Collector’s Editions up for in store pickup due to the limited availability. You should receive an email when it is being shipped and you can track it with UPS at that time.
