I preordered the Diablo 3 CE (In-store pickup) way back on 4/7/12 and received the email saying "we received your order, etc." however, today when I checked my order status online, it shows up as "No Orders Found" and when I try to search for the order number, it says "We're sorry. We are unable to retrieve your order details at this time. Please try again later.".
Was my preorder canceled randomly without me being informed?

And now it reappears, an hour or so later. I'm guessing it's just a technical glitch or something. Can I get confirmation that my pre-order is indeed good for the 15th?
Also, the status on it is still "In Process" is that what it should be at this time? Sorry if I'm overreacting, but D3 CE is a bit of a big deal. I've waited so many years for this. I'd hate to lose it with just one week to go.

Hah! You don't know how frantic I've been for this very reason - no, actually I'm sure you do!
Thanks for following up - it prompted me to check again, and my pre-order reappeared as well.
Now, I'm keeping my fingers crossed they don't ACTUALLY cancel my order, as others have experienced.
