Diablo 3 Collectors Edition Issue

Hey, i pre-ordered D3 CE online delivery.

 

The thing is that, when i pre-ordered they charged me on the next day. When i check my bank account, they reverse it and charge it again today. Whats wrong?

 

Will i guranteed get my package? And i ordered it as delivery and fast shipping, will i receive it on the same day of the relase of the game or a couple of days later?

Their system basically charges every week I think to hold your copy of game, but is cancelled just to reserve your game.  Once the game is shipped or picked up you get charged the game and your done.

 

I know this system is weird, but thats the way they do it.  I would prefer only being charged when the order shipped.  I know this has caused a few individuals problems because a charge failed, but the reps have been helping them get their orders back.

I looked into your order and see that it is still in place and awaiting the release date. I'm not sure what happened with your bank account, but I do not see a double charge and it all looks good. I just want to make sure my order is reserve and gurantee my package. Cauz right now they again rollback the payment which idk why
