And it looks like there's nothing I can do.
I pre-ordered the Diablo 3 CE several months ago online and was having it shipped to the nearest store for pickup. As it turns out, that store is closing May 12. I received an email instructing me to call the 1-800 number to get the store changed before May 2 or my order would be canceled. When I called, they told me the only way they could change my order was to cancel my current order and place a new one. After they canceled the order they were unable to place a new one because their system said it was sold out or unavailable. They said there was nothing they do.
Is there really nothing that can be done?

I wish I had better news for you, but the phone rep you spoke with was correct: we aren’t able to reinstate cancelled orders. We also wouldn’t be able to place another order for the collector’s edition of Diablo III on your behalf if that version of the game is not currently available on BestBuy.com.
